Covid-19 - How Essence Music have helped couples forced to postpone their weddings.

Since lockdown began we've been flat out helping over 750 couples by rechecking availabilities and rebooking their wedding music. Our musicians have been absolutely brilliant as we all understand it's just been an unfortunate situation and no one's fault. 

Since March we've:- 

• Honoured EVERY deposit, transferring them to their new dates.
• Not charged ANY postponement fees (despite some postponing 4 times).
• Not insisted on any balances until your NEW wedding date.
• Supplied brilliant alternatives if musicians are unavailable on their new date.   
• Refunded deposits for Covid-19 related total cancellations (e.g. birthday parties)
