Like all our harpists, Claire is a harpist of distinction and one of the most popular Harpists for hire in London and the South East. Her accolades are endless :- She has held residencies at the Connaught and Landmark Hotels, a regular guest harpist at The Ritz, St. Pancras Renaissance and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Oxfordshire. Other notable performances include accompanying Florence and the Machine and Dizzy Rascal at the Brit Awards, featuring in the film Brighton Rock and playing at the Royal Opera House for Prince Charles’s 60th Birthday. Other regular clients include providing music for functions at the House of Lords, the Supreme Court, Kensington Palace, British Museum, Tower Bridge, The Dorchester and Westminster Abbey. Claire has played at functions for HRH The Princess Royal, Prince Michael of Kent, visiting Royal dignitaries and at a private dinner for Peter Jones (Dragon's Den).
Claire graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2011 where she studied with the world renowned harpist Ieuan Jones. Prior to this Claire studied at the prestigious Chetham’s School of Music for four years with Eira-Lynn Jones. During her studies she had the opportunity to play in masterclasses for many distinguished harpists including Marisa Robles, Elizabeth Fontan-Binoche, Kathleen Bride and Daphne Boden.
