Fiona is a classically trained harpist with a BA honours degree from the University of York, and postgraduate performance diploma from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She now has a varied career playing for many leading orchestras and chamber ensembles, such as the Philharmonia, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Royal Opera House Orchestra, as well as holding the position of principle harp with the National Symphony Orchestra. Fiona has also recorded and performed with pop and rock groups, including Morcheeba, Kanye West and Procol Harum. Over the years Fiona has been part of the orchestras for some of best known shows from the West End and Royal National Theatre. These include ‘My Fair Lady’, ‘His Dark Materials’, ‘The Producers’ and ‘A Little Night Music’.
As a soloist, Fiona plays regularly at prestigious events held for Royalty, heads of state and corporate clients. These include Prince Charles, Baroness Thatcher, Tony Blair and David Cameron. Whatever your occasion let Fiona enhance the atmopsphere with her beautiful harp music.
